Much more than a sand and cement mix, we utilise a unique 3 coat system of render, sealer & AcraTex that provides superior adhesion, crack resistance, water repellence and an overall longer life.

TOP CLASS SAND-FINISH PROCEDURE (ON BARE BRICK)

Any loose objects, mortar and dirt is swept or hosed clean with a high-pressure hose

External fixtures or fittings are removed where possible

Drop sheets are set up, protective trims are applied and all windows are masked

Cracks and ground joints are cleaned out and re-patched

1 x sand-finish rendered coat is applied and allowed to dry

1 x coat of sealer applied

2 x coats of 100% acrylic paint applied

The site is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Top Class Renovations guarantees the site is cleaner after we leave than before we started.

TOP CLASS ACRATEX PROCEDURE (ON BARE BRICK)

Same preparation procedure as above

1 x sand-finish float coat is applied and allowed to dry

1 x coat of AcraTex sealer is then applied

1 x 2-3mm final finishing coat applied

All AcraTex material is combined with colours imbedded into the final coat which provides chip resistance and saves the costs associated with the painting process.

TOP CLASS ACRATEX PROCEDURE (ON PAINTED BRICK)

Same preparation procedure as above

2 x 2-3mm coatings applied to fill in mortar lines and any imperfections in the bricks

1 x coat of AcraTex sealer is applied

1 x 2-3mm final finishing flush coat applied
