COLORBOND® BlueScope steel's durable, exterior grade paint finish resists peeling, flaking and blistering in normal weather conditions. Be aware of inferior imported products which may fail or fade quickly.

Old hot water system can be removed and replaced

Flues, vents & valleys are marked out and screwed in

Top Class Renovations uses class 3 Shankguard protection hex screws. Shankguard protection screws prevent future rusting.

The site is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Top Class Renovations guarantees the site is cleaner after we leave than before we started.
